Use this invoice for situations in which you have to document the use of parts as well as the performance of services. Note that this invoice can use a sales tax on parts and labor. If you only collect a tax on one (or on neither), enter zeros (0) in one or more of the sales tax cells below. Sales Tax Rates: 6.50% On Parts 9.50% On Labor
